Find your strengths: Know what you're good at and how to show up

Over the past few months, I’ve gotten a different version of the same message a lot.
What am I actually good at? Why does a job I’m supposedly good at still leave me exhausted? And if I can’t answer the first question, how do I ever ask for the right work?
I’ve spent enough time inside teams, mine and other people’s, to notice a pattern that’s weirdly hard to see from the inside: most people who feel stuck aren’t in the wrong job. They’re doing the right job in the wrong proportions. The work that actually builds them gets crowded out by the work that just needs to get done, and nobody ever stops to sort one from the other.
There are a hundred quizzes that will tell you your strengths type. Knowing you’re a “connector” or a “strategist” is nice. It doesn’t tell you where that shows up in your actual week, or which parts of your job are quietly costing you more than they’re giving back.
We built something different.
Paste in your job description, or your task list from the last couple of weeks, and it shows you your signature strengths, the work that lands well and builds you up, your heavy hitters, the high-output work that’s costing you more than people around you realize, and your growth edge, the place where momentum is already there and you just need to lean in.
Then it gets specific: what to keep doing, what to hand off, and what to make visible to the people who decide what you work on next.
We can build this because it’s what Blomma already does. Blomma is a career coach, and the whole reason it exists is to give people the kind of honest read that used to take years of managers and mentors to piece together. I wanted people to see clearly not just what they’re good at, but where.
One honest thing: this won’t get you a new title. What it can do is take the guessing out of which parts of your job to keep, hand off, or make visible.
It’s free. Try it at https://www.blomma.com/find-your-strengths. Bring your real week, not the tidy version.
We’re rooting for you.
