  • Professional or employment-related information - such as your professional title and name of your employer or other information about your work and career goals.

  • Voice information – such as recordings of your voice, if you choose to interact with the Services use voice functionality.

  • Education information such as your educational history or learning preferences.

  • Commercial information such as information relating to your subscriptions or orders with us, including services purchased, obtained or considered.

  • Profile data - such as the username and password that you may set to establish an online account with us and any other information that you add to your account profile such as a profile picture.

  • Communications - that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions or feedback. When you contact us, we may also keep a record of your communication to better support you in the future.

  • Financial information - such as your credit card or other form of financial account information if chosen by you as a payment method, which may be collected by or disclosed to our third-party payment and billing service providers. We will only use this data to process payments.

4. Security

We use measures designed to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.  You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure, but securing your data is one of our top priorities.

5. Data retention

Your personal information will be retained only for so long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above and consistent with our retention policies, considering criteria such as applicable rules on statute of limitations, legal requirements, and the duration of your use of our website and receipt of our Services. In general, this retention will be at least for the duration of your customer relationship with us and a longer period as necessary for legal defense purposes or as required by tax and other applicable laws.

Do Not Track. Some web browsers transmit "do-not-track" signals to websites. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.


Declining to provide information. We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide certain services.


Direct Marketing Opt Outs. We may periodically send you direct marketing communications that promote our products and services. We provide options to opt out from receiving such communications in accordance with applicable laws. California residents: Shine the Light. California’s Shine the Light law gives California residents the right to ask companies what personal information they share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their goods or services to you unless you affirmatively agree to such disclosure.

Some of the Services may contain links to services or content maintained by third parties that we do not control. In addition, hird parties, including business partners, advertising networks, and other advertising service providers, may collect information about your online activities, including on the Services, through cookies, pixels, local storage, and other technologies. These third parties are generally implemented for marketing purposes on websites, and may use this information to display advertisements on our Services and elsewhere online tailored to your interests, preferences, and characteristics. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

8. children

The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to children under the age of 18. If you become aware of any data that we have collected from children under the age of 18, please contact us using the contact information provided below so we can investigate and, if appropriate, delete the information.

9. international users

We are headquartered in the United States and we may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.

10. changes to the privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Updated” date above and post the new Privacy Policy.  We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the Services to stay informed of our privacy practices.
