Today, we're launching Blomma.

A career coach for everyone. Powered by AI. Accessible to all.

I could not be more proud of what my co-founder Sid Dabral, our incredible team, and I are sharing with the world today.

If we've ever crossed paths, you probably know that I care deeply about using technology to expand access and help level the playing field. I've seen firsthand how access can change the course of a life. It changed mine. And that belief has shaped so much of what I have chosen to build.

We built Blomma because something about work is not working for enough people.

Careers today are more demanding, more complex, and more fast-moving than ever. And yet so much of the support people receive still feels designed for a different era: annual reviews, generic learning platforms, overstretched managers, and very little space for the real, messy, career-shaping moments in between.

At the top, executives often get coaches. They get structured accountability, trusted sounding boards, and support that evolves with them over time. But the people in some of the most important moments of growth — first-time managers, emerging leaders, high-potential employees, and people navigating major transitions — are too often expected to figure it out on their own.

The system wasn't built for everyone, so we built something better.

Blomma is an AI career coach built for how careers actually unfold: through conversations, challenges, transitions, ambition, and growth over time. It combines memory, context, accountability, and insights — helping you navigate work more intentionally, grow with clarity, and become more impactful over time.

We built it to help people navigate work, growth, and ambition on their own terms.

Because we believe coaching should not be an executive privilege. It should be accessible to everyone.

This has been such a meaningful journey already, and in many ways it still feels like the beginning.

Today, I'm just incredibly proud. Proud of the team. Proud of what we've built. And excited to finally share it with the world.
